To make your website load, your domain name must be connected to our servers. Here are the settings you need.
If you type your website address into a browser and it doesn’t load, or if it still shows your old hosting provider, you likely need to update your Nameservers.
Think of your domain as a “street address” and our hosting as the “house.” The Nameservers are the map that tells the internet: “This address belongs to this house.”
The Only Settings You Need
No matter where you bought your domain, these are the only two lines you need to enter.
Nameserver 1: ns1.cybercircuit.co.za
Nameserver 2: ns2.cybercircuit.co.za
Scenario 1: I Bought My Domain from Cyber Circuit
If you registered your domain through us, it should be connected automatically. If it isn’t, you can fix it inside your Client Area.
Step 1: Log Into Your Client Area
Log in to the Cyber Circuit Client Area.
Click on Domains (or “My Domains”) in the dashboard or sidebar.

Step 2: Manage Nameservers
Find your domain in the list.
Click the 3 dots.
Look for a menu option called Manage Nameservers.

Step 3: Select Default Nameservers
Select the option that says “Use default nameservers” (or manually type the ns1 and ns2 addresses listed above).
Click Change Nameservers.

Scenario 2: I Bought My Domain Somewhere Else (GoDaddy, Afrihost, etc.)
If you bought your domain from another company, you must log into their website to change this. We cannot do this for you.
Log into the account where you bought your domain (your “Registrar”).
Find your Domain Management or DNS Settings page.
Look for a section called Nameservers (sometimes labeled as “Custom DNS”).
Change the setting from “Default” to “Custom”.
Delete the old nameservers and enter ours:
ns1.cybercircuit.co.za
ns2.cybercircuit.co.za
Click Save.
Important: The "24-Hour" Rule (Propagation)
When you change Nameservers, the update is not instant.
It takes time for the new settings to spread across the world wide web. This process is called Propagation.
Usually: It takes 1 to 4 hours.
Maximum: It can take up to 24 hours.
