Reseller Hosting Policy

Reseller hosting is a white-label service. The reseller purchases hosting infrastructure from Cyber Circuit for the purpose of reselling hosting services under the reseller’s own independent brand and business identity.

The reseller may:

• Sell hosting services under their own company or brand name
• Create their own hosting packages and pricing
• Market their own hosting services to their customers
• Provide first-line support to their customers
• Present themselves as the service provider to their own customers

Cyber Circuit Brand and Name

Purchasing a reseller hosting package does not grant the reseller any ownership, licence, permission, or other right to use the Cyber Circuit name, brand, trademarks, logos, website, marketing materials, reputation, or corporate identity for the purpose of acquiring or marketing to customers.

Resellers are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the name Cyber Circuit to advertise or market their own hosting services
• Representing themselves as Cyber Circuit or as an authorised representative, agent, employee, partner, or affiliate of Cyber Circuit
• Using Cyber Circuit’s name, logo, trademarks, branding, website content, screenshots, marketing materials, or other intellectual property to attract or acquire customers
• Advertising Cyber Circuit’s hosting packages as though they are the reseller’s own services
• Using Cyber Circuit’s reputation or established customer base to promote their own business
• Telling prospective customers that their services are provided directly by Cyber Circuit
• Using Cyber Circuit’s name or branding in advertisements, social media, websites, promotional material, sales communications, or other customer-acquisition activities without Cyber Circuit’s prior written permission
• Creating any website, domain, social-media account, advertisement, or other marketing material that could reasonably create the impression that the reseller is Cyber Circuit or is officially affiliated with Cyber Circuit

The reseller must operate and market their services under their own brand and identity.

No Brand Licence

The reseller acknowledges that the purchase of reseller hosting is solely a purchase of hosting infrastructure and reseller capacity. It is not a purchase or licence of any Cyber Circuit intellectual property or brand rights.

All rights, title, and interest in the Cyber Circuit name, trademarks, logos, branding, website content, marketing materials, and associated intellectual property remain exclusively with Cyber Circuit.

No rights to use Cyber Circuit’s intellectual property are granted to a reseller unless expressly authorised by Cyber Circuit in writing.

Unauthorised Use of Cyber Circuit’s Brand

Any unauthorised use of the Cyber Circuit name, brand, trademarks, logos, intellectual property, or business identity for the purpose of marketing, advertising, representing, or acquiring customers will constitute a material breach of this Reseller Hosting Policy and the reseller’s agreement with Cyber Circuit.

Cyber Circuit reserves the right to take immediate action, including:

• Suspending or terminating the reseller’s account
• Removing or requiring the removal of unauthorised branding or marketing
• Revoking the reseller’s access to reseller services
• Pursuing legal action where appropriate
• Seeking damages, costs, injunctive relief, or any other remedies available to Cyber Circuit under applicable law

The reseller acknowledges that they are purchasing the right to resell hosting services, and are not purchasing the right to use, represent, exploit, or trade on the Cyber Circuit brand or reputation.
