If a refund is requested, the standard domain registration fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Domain registrations are non-refundable, even when provided for free as part of a hosting package.
2. Refund Eligibility & Terms of Service Compliance
Refunds are only available if the customer has fully complied with Cyber Circuit’s Terms of Service.
If a customer’s account is suspended or terminated due to any violation of our Terms of Service — including but not limited to prohibited activities, abuse, spam, misuse of resources, illegal content, or policy breaches — the customer will not be eligible for a refund, even if the request falls within the 30-day period.
Cyber Circuit reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred.
3. Website Migrations
Cyber Circuit provides professional website migration services performed by a dedicated migration team.
Because migrations require paid professional labour, customers are required to fully test their hosting account before requesting a migration. This includes confirming that they are satisfied with:
Server performance and speed
cPanel usability and features
Compatibility with their requirements
Once a migration has been completed and the migration team has performed work on the account, the service cost has already been incurred by Cyber Circuit.
For this reason, no refunds will be issued after a migration has been performed, even if the request falls within the 30-day money-back period.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
4.1 Domain Registrations
All domain registrations are strictly non-refundable, whether purchased separately or included with a hosting plan.
4.2 Domains Included With Hosting Packages
Domains received for free or bundled with a hosting plan are also non-refundable.
If the hosting plan itself qualifies for a refund, the domain registration fee will always be deducted.
4.3 Reseller Hosting
No refunds are offered.
4.4 Dedicated Servers / VPS / Cloud Hosting / Cloud Storage Boxes
No refunds are offered for VPS, Cloud Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Storage Boxes, VPS upgrades, VPS add-ons, VPS licences, operating system licences, control panel licences, additional IP addresses, backup services, management services, storage upgrades, storage add-ons, or any other VPS-, cloud-, server-, or storage-related products or services.
All VPS, Cloud Hosting, Dedicated Server, and Cloud Storage Box purchases are final.
Customers are encouraged to fully review the service specifications before placing an order.
4.5 Website Design & Development Services
All payments are final due to the time, labour, and resources involved.
4.6 Overpayments / Added Account Funds
Any additional funds added to your account beyond the required payment amount via EFT are non-refundable. These funds may be used as a credit balance toward future hosting invoices, domain registrations, or other Cyber Circuit services, but they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
4.7 Subscription Billing & Recurring Payments
All hosting services provided by Cyber Circuit are subscription-based services billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled by the customer.
Customers who subscribe using PayFast or any recurring payment method authorize automatic recurring charges according to their selected billing cycle.
It is the customer’s responsibility to submit a cancellation request through the client area before the next invoice is generated if they no longer wish to continue the service.
Failure to use the hosting service, domain, or server does not automatically cancel the subscription or recurring billing agreement.
Cyber Circuit cannot determine whether a customer no longer wishes to use a service unless an official cancellation request has been submitted.
No refunds will be issued for recurring payments or automatic charges processed because the customer failed to submit a cancellation request before invoice generation or payment collection.
Customers are solely responsible for cancelling any recurring subscription or billing agreement linked to PayFast or any other payment provider.
4.8 Service Provisioning
Services that are provisioned, deployed, configured, activated, licensed, or otherwise delivered by Cyber Circuit are considered consumed upon provisioning.
Once provisioning has commenced, no refund shall be available for the service, regardless of whether the customer subsequently uses the service.
4.9 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, payment dispute, or unauthorized transaction claim for a valid service provided by Cyber Circuit constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Cyber Circuit reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate all associated services while the dispute is investigated.
Any chargeback fees, administrative costs, legal costs, collection fees, or other expenses incurred by Cyber Circuit as a result of a payment dispute may be charged to the customer.
Customers agree that they must first attempt to resolve billing disputes directly with Cyber Circuit before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal.
5. Refund Processing Requirements
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
If the original payment method cannot be used, valid banking details will be required to process the refund.
Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval and processing.
